The place was just 1 km from hoan kiem lake. Near the airport, 25 km. We were happy to find museum garden cafe 500 m away, where we could eat. Don't forget to explore Dong Da neighbourhood...

Everything is what i need and want.

Here we stayed very close to some popular places such as hanoi opera house. We had a balcony. Buffet breakfast was something to remember: )
